Derick Daly, CEO/President
Derick Daly has been in the accounting and management field for the past 25 years. Mr. Daly earned his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts and his MBA from Wilmington College in Wilmington, Delaware.
James Matthews, VP Engineering
James Matthews has over 35 years of hands on experience as a Mechanical Engineer/Designer for several Department of Defense (DOD) contractors such as Northrop Grumman, Honeywell Technical Services, Oceaneering Corp, and the Naval Research Lab. Mr. Matthews has designed a wide variety of parts, including parts for undersea remotely operated vehicles and lightweight complex structures and components for numerous DOD Satellite programs.
Kendrick Daly, COO
Kendrick Daly studied at the University of Maryland, College Park where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. While at the university, Mr. Daly jump started several projects including a revolutionary screwdriver set for production 2017 and a web application that assist small organizations. For two years he was contracted out by a non-profit organization as a tech consultant. There he sucessfully streamlined several components of the organization and increased productivity.
